Description
This project focused on enhancing the durability and aesthetics of a wooden floor substrate by installing the Mapefloor I 300SL System. The process involved gap filling, surface preparation, and epoxy application, ensuring a seamless, high-performance finish suitable for industrial, commercial, and residential applications.

Scope Of Work

🔹 Substrate Preparation – Filled all gaps and imperfections in the wooden floor substrate to create a smooth base.
🔹 Primer Application – Applied a high-performance primer to enhance adhesion and strengthen the substrate.
🔹 Quartz Broadcasting – Evenly broadcasted quartz sand over the primed surface to improve the bonding strength of the epoxy system.
🔹 Epoxy Application (Mapefloor I 300SL) –

      •    Mixed and spread the self-leveling epoxy using a notched trowel for uniform thickness.
      •    Used a spiked roller to remove air bubbles and ensure a smooth, even finish.

🔹 Curing & Final Inspection – Allowed the system to fully cure, ensuring a durable, seamless, and chemical-resistant surface.
